Letting Go and New Beginnings: The Power of Women’s Circles
This blog post is adapted from a recent episode 37 of She Thrives with Stef Barti, where I dive into the power of women’s circles, the importance of embracing endings, and how letting go can be the gateway to new beginnings.
If you haven’t listened to the full episode yet, I encourage you to check it out for a more personal, unfiltered take on the themes discussed here.
The Transformative Power of Women’s Circles
Recently, I had the privilege of attending my first women’s circle—and it completely blew me away. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first.
I mean, how could a virtual gathering of women, meeting online, create the same sense of connection as an in-person circle?
But from the moment we started, I was deeply moved by the energy and vulnerability shared among us.
It’s funny, isn’t it?
We often hear negative things about social media, but for me, Instagram has been a doorway to so many powerful experiences.

It was actually through Instagram that I found this circle—completely by accident. And I’m so grateful for that accidental discovery because it allowed me to connect with an incredible group of women, all gathered together to support each other and share our experiences.
What struck me most was how deeply we connected, despite being miles apart. Even through Zoom, I could feel the energy of the group.
We cried, we laughed, we opened up, and we held space for each other. It felt like therapy, but it also felt like being surrounded by friends, like finding a community that truly understood me.
And that’s when it hit me—women’s circles are incredibly powerful, no matter where or how they’re held.
They create an energy that’s palpable, and there’s a beauty in sharing with others who are on similar journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Embracing Endings: The Key to New Beginnings
One of the most profound lessons I took away from the circle was the idea of endings. We often focus on new beginnings, thinking of them as the starting point for growth, healing, or transformation.
But what about the importance of endings? Endings are just as important—they are the necessary stepping stones that allow us to let go of the old and make space for something new.
Whether it’s a relationship, a job, a phase in life, or even a belief system, acknowledging endings gives us the freedom to embrace new opportunities with open arms.
This idea resonates deeply with me, especially in the context of my own life. I’ve gone through multiple “endings” that led to profound new beginnings.

The most significant of these was my hysterectomy. There’s no way to explain it, but I truly feel like a different person after that experience.
It was like a rebirth.
I woke up from that surgery with a different perspective, and it set me on a path of spiritual growth that I never saw coming.
A year later, I attended a wellness and mindfulness retreat in Mallorca, which further deepened this shift.
It wasn’t just the yoga or the mindfulness practices that transformed me—it was the whole experience.
Something clicked, and I felt like I was being reborn, like my soul had gone through another resurrection.
And now, I look back on the last six months, and I realize that I am a completely different person from who I was a year ago.
This is what happens when we allow ourselves to go through endings with grace and openness—those endings create space for us to evolve, to grow, and to start fresh.🫶🏾

The Power of the Collective: Women Awakening Together
One of the most exciting things I’ve noticed recently is the growing sense of connection among women.
More and more, I’m finding myself surrounded by women who are awakening to their true power and embracing their feminine energy.
For so long, we’ve been disconnected—sometimes by societal pressures, sometimes by our own fears or insecurities—but I truly believe that we are entering a time when women are coming together in a way that’s both healing and transformative.
It’s no accident that I’ve been attracting people who are vibing on the same frequency. I’ve always felt like there’s this powerful force at play, aligning people and experiences in ways that feel too perfect to be mere coincidence.
Whether you call it the universe, a higher power, or divine energy, I believe that we are being guided toward each other for a reason.
We are awakening, individually and collectively, to something greater.
This is why women’s circles, retreats, and gatherings are so important.
I’m so passionate about retreats that I also offer my own self love dance embodiment retreats for women. More info down below and also stay in the loop by joining the Thriving girlies newsletter (link down below)

Retreats are a fantastic way for us to come together, to support each other, and to recognize that we are not alone on this journey.
When we connect as women, we create a ripple effect that spreads love, kindness, and healing. We become more attuned to the needs of others and, in turn, to our own needs as well.

The Power of Free Will: Setting Intentions and Aligning with the Divine
Another lesson I learned during the circle was the importance of free will. As spiritual beings, we have the power to set our intentions and align ourselves with a higher purpose.

It’s easy to feel powerless in today’s world, especially when we look at the state of global events.
But we have more power than we realize. Through our actions, our words, and our intentions, we can create change—not just in our own lives, but in the world around us.
Whether you view this as a spiritual practice or a religious one, the idea is the same: we have free will to shape our reality.
We must set our intentions, connect with the divine, and invite that energy into our lives. This is how we begin to create new beginnings, not just for ourselves, but for the collective.
As women, we hold a special kind of power.
We are the nurturers, the creators, the healers. When we come together, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.
I truly believe that the more we connect, the more we awaken to our true potential. And when we do that, we help others do the same.

Closing Thoughts: Embracing Our Power
As I reflect on all these insights, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude.
I’m so grateful for the women in my life who have shown me the power of vulnerability, connection, and love.
And I’m equally grateful for the ability to share these experiences with you, my community.
Remember, you are a unique, beautiful creation, worthy of love and joy every day of the year. We are all on this journey together, and there’s so much power in that.
Thank you for reading, and I can’t wait to connect with you again soon.

Feminine embodiment & Self Love Practice
I created my “Unleash your Feminine Power” to help you really start diving into your own unique power.

In this course, you will learn to connect with your body through some very sensual movements.
There is no fancy choreography to worry about. I really wanted to make this as simple as possible.
The goal is to give you a somatic practice that you can implement into your daily routine in order to start embodying your authentic self.

It is high time we start prioritizing our relationship with our own body too.
Because in order to be truly happy and content in life, I really believe you need to strike for a balance.
That means feeding your soul, your heart, your body.

And this is the goal of my ” Unleash your Feminine Power“.
The beautiful thing is that once you start getting in touch with that fire within, it only grows from there.
This energy will go on to light up your path, simultaneously guiding you through life.
So in a way, it is your own inner guiding compass. 💕

Women Self Love Wellness Retreat
I am so passionate about women empowerment. Everything I do is based on this. I want to see more women embrace their authentic selves. Trust me life gets so much better.
That’s the main focus of my self love women retreat. In this Wellness retreat, we go deep. I really love to connect with my fellow sisters.
That’s why I only do small groups of 10-12 women.

This retreat is an invitation to embody your feminine and to dive into radical self love. Growth and shedding past limiting beliefs is the focal point.
We do this through various workshops, wellness practices such as breath work and lots of somatic movement.

As a dance teacher, of course we will also be using the power of dance and music to process, release and shed things that are holding us back so we can be born again.
Welcome to our transformational retreat where the focus is all on YOU.
Not only that, but we do it in style and comfort.

Our next retreat is in a breathtaking villa on the beautiful island of Gozo Malta. We will be staying in our own private villa.
And did I mention our own private chef? with our own private pool 🤭.

It is the perfect time to slow down and prioritize yourself.
