By booking a session with me, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Services Offered
I provide virtual spiritual services including, but not limited to:
- Tarot Readings
- Akashic Record Readings
- Soul Readings
- Chakra & Energy Healing
- Reiki
- Birth Charts, Astrocartography, Astrology Readings
- Spiritual & Regular Hypnosis
These services are for personal guidance, insight, empowerment and personal development purposes only.
2. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
- You understand that spiritual services are subjective and interpretive by nature.
- You take full responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken based on the insights received.
3. Disclaimer
- These services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
- I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the information provided during sessions.
- I make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy or outcomes of the services.
4. Booking & Payment
- All appointments must be booked through my website stephanierose.ca and/or my Scheduling calendar.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by using the booking link provided in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Please understand that this time has been set aside specifically for you and is therefore unavailable to others. Your consideration is deeply appreciated.
- If you arrive late to your session, please know that your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. I’ll hold space for up to 15 minutes after the start time, but after that, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Missed appointments without prior notice will forfeit both the session and the full fee. Thanks for respecting my time and the energy I reserve just for you.
- Please Note that No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
6. Refund Policy
- Please note that due to the nature of these services, refunds cannot be issued once a session has been completed. Spiritual guidance is an energetic exchange and a one-of-a-kind experience that cannot be “returned” once received. Thank you for understanding.
- I also pour my full energy into each session and do my very best to connect with the Divine to channel the guidance meant for you. That said, if you feel something didn’t land or you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to me directly at info@stephanierose.ca I’m always open to hearing your concerns and will do my best to make it right.
7. Confidentiality
- Your privacy is important to me. All sessions are conducted in confidence.
- I will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
8. Use of Testimonials
- I may use written or verbal feedback/testimonials for promotional purposes, such as on my website, social media, or marketing materials.
- Any identifying information will be kept private unless you explicitly consent to having your name or likeness included.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting me, and your testimonial will be removed from future use.
9. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or misuse of the service.
10. Energy Exchange and Integrity
I approach all sessions with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. I ask that clients enter sessions with openness and respect for the sacred nature of the work.
